1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.

- Clearance or final sale items
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all parts and documentation.

4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
